Portia describes the Neapolitan prince as a typical Italian who speaks only of his horse. She finds Count Palatine of Rhineland so full of unmannerly sadness in his youth, that he would prove to be weeping philosopher in his old age. Portia regards French lord advantage manonly because God made him, and for no other reason. The Englishman speaks such languages that are not known to Portia and lacks individually in dressing up. She finds Scottish lord a coward and the German, a drunkard.
