my dear friend.....
monocot. has single seed ... where as dicot has double.seeds....

monocot has fibrous..root system...

dicot has tap root system.

leaves in monocot shows parallel variation..
leaves in dicot shoes reticulate ventation

examples for monocot are rice,wheat etc.
examples for dicot are mango ground but etc...
