Explanation:

1. XRD is also known as X-Ray Diffraction. This is a nondestructive technique, which determines the arrangement of atoms within a crystal. When a beam of X-ray strikes a crystal, the beam may be diffracted. From the angles and intensities of these diffracted beams a three dimensional picture of the density of electrons within the crystal can be derived.
2. TEM  is the transmission electron microscope in which a condensor lens focuses the electron beam onto the specimen and electrons are transmitted through the specimen.
3. Scanning tunneling microscope or STM is used to get the three dimensional image of atoms.
4. Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy or FITR, helps in the detection of the isomers
5. SEM or scanning electron microscope is used to view the surfaces of the specimens. The specimens are excited by the narrow beam of light and they release secondary electrons that  are captured by a detector and thus the image is formed.
