Answer:

Armature coil :- A rectangular coil ABCD is used as a frame which is made up of many insulated copper wire turns.

Function:-Armature is the rotating part of the motor. In DC motors ,the armature is supplied with current. When this current carrying armature is kept in a magneticfield it will experience a torque and starts to rotate.

Axle:Slip Rings in the axle of an electric motorare used to change the direction of flow of current through the coil in the motor, so that the torque on the axle is in the same direction throughout a rotation

Answer:

Conversely, many front-wheel drive cars have a solid rear beam axle. In other types of suspension systems, the axles serve only to transmit driving torque to the wheels; the position and angle of the wheel hubs is an independent function of the suspension system.

The armature takes the place of the nail in an electric motor. The armature is an electromagnet made by coiling thin wire around two or more poles of a metal core. ... The contacts of the commutator are attached to the axle of the electromagnet, so they spin with the magnet.
