HELLO THERE!
I just reached class 11 this year, so with my little knowledge, I am answering your question.
Firstly, according to me, you must complete your ISC course. This is because, if you are going for Engineering, the syllabus of JEE (Main and Advanced) examinations and ISC examinations is almost similar.
If you want to study Engineering, you have to sit for the JEE (Joint Entrance Examination), first in JEE Main. If you crack it, you will be allowed to sit for the Advanced. Again, if you crack the JEE Advanced with an excellent result, you can get a chance to sit for the examinations held by the IIT (Indian Institute of Technology).
Following are some fields of Engineering:
=> Civil Engineer
=> Mechanical Engineer
=> Electrical Engineer
=> Computer Engineer (Software Engineer)
Now, if you want to go for the Medical, firstly you have to give the NEET examination. After cracking it, you can sit for AIIMS, which (according to my knowledge) is the highest rank for students going for Medical.
Another field is Teaching. Well, you can study Engineering and teach students for Engineering or you can become a Professor on any subject after doing Masters.
HOPE MY INFORMATION IS SATISFACTORY....
THANKS!
