Before answering i would like to tell you that to find the answer you must have the knowledge of the electronic configuration of those elements.

A)Helium        Shells     K=2 L= -- M=-- N=--

Therefore 2 e- are there

B)Mg   EC=2,8,2,0 therefore 2e-

C) S  EC=2,8,6 therefore 6e- are present
