2Na +HCl ----> 2NaCl + H2
for carbonic acid and Sulphuric acid they will give caronates or bicarbonates and Sulphates and Bisulphates + Hydrogen gas depending on the temperature
And with Nitric acid it gives Nitates + Hydrogen
gas Special cases are there for Copper and Zinc with nitric acid
