hey mate here's the answer
if Q is (2s-1)/2=-1/3
(2s-1)/2=-1/3
2s-1=-2/3
2s=-(2/3)+1
s=1/6
if Q is 2s-(1/2)=-1/3
2s=-1/3+1/2
2s=1/6
s=1/12

given that  2s- \frac{1}{2} =\frac{-1}{3}\\ \frac{4s-1}{2}= \frac{-1}{3} \\4s-1=\frac{-1}{3}*2\\\\4s-1=\frac{-2}{3}\\  4s=1-\frac{2}{3}\\ 4s=\frac{1}{3}\\ s=\frac{1}{3}* \frac{4}{1}\\ s=\frac{4}{3}\\ Hence done
