- Basically being an Islamic empire (Delhi Sultanate) didn't believe in worshipping any other religion apart from Islam in their constitution so they abloished and destroyed all the temples in their ruling era which was built by the Hindu emperors.

- Also Delhi Sultanate is the main reason for the end of the Mongol Empire and their invasion from India in the late 13th century.
