here are usefulness of starch, maltose and sucrose in our body:

✯ starch:

=> it is broken down into glucose.
=> this acts as a source of energy for humans.
=> when we consume starch, our blood sugar level increases and pancreas start to produce more insulin because of which more glucose is absorbed into the body and we get energy.


✯  maltose:

=> it plays an important role in digestion. { mouth  { mainly } but other parts too }
=> it can easily be absorbed by our body which broken down into glucose giving us energy.
=> it is only because of maltose that glucose bonds are broken.

✯ sucrose:

=> it is only because of sucrose that we carry out physical and mental tasks.
=> furthermore, it provides energy.
