Democracy is a form of governance where the government is of the people, for the people and by the people.
China is certainly not a Democracy; since it has a single political party the citizens cannot exercise their discretion in selecting the governance.
Secondly Chinese owing to their occupation and tradition lack the willingness for political dialogues, participation and decision making.
