a concave mirror can form a magnified image of an object in case 5 and case 6 of concave lens
in case 5 , when the object is placed  on the focus of the mirror, a real , inverted and magnified image is formed.
  
in case 6 , when the object is placed between the focus and the pole ,a virtual , erect and magnified image is formed
