Nuclear fission:- 1)Nuclear fission implies reaction in which a heavy nucleus is broken into smaller nuclei, by releasing neutrons and energy.

2) Event :- Unnatural

3) Requires less amount of energy to split nucleus.

4)Tremendous amount of energy is generated.

Nuclear Fusion:- 1)Nuclear fusion refers to a process in which two or more lighter atoms combine to create a heavy nucleus.

2) Event:- Natural

3) Huge amount of energy is required to force nuclei to fuse.

4) Relatively high amount of energy is generated.

Hope this helps you friend
