Iron(Fe) has atomic no. 26 In which 6 electrons are in 3d orbitals and 2 electrons are in 4s orbital.

In this Complex it exist in+2 oxidation state. So 2 electrons from 4s orbital removed. Actually not from 4s orbital…1removed from 4s and 1 from 3d,because this provide both the orbitals half filled stability. But when ligand approaches this is considered as all in 3d. When ligands CN approach to the central metal atom the electrons remains in the inner orbital(bcoz CN is a strong ligand). And 6 electron pairs of 6 CNs are filled in 2d,1s and 3p orbitals. Hybridisation is d2sp3. It has octahedral geometry and diamagnetic nature.

Hope it will help.
