DEFINITION -

it is a chemical reaction in which two reactants are both decompose to form new substances by exchanging their radicals.

1) AgNO3 + KCL ------->AgCL + KNO3

2)KNO3 + H2SO4-----> HNO3 + KHSO4

• Na 2 S + 2HCl==> 2NaCl+H 2 S

• AgNO3 + KCl==> AgCl+KNO 3
