1) Example muscular force: Carrying a bag on the shoulders, An athelete running in a race,  Kicking a football

2) Example gravitational force: Apple falls down, a glass you drop to fall to the floor,  force that holds the gases in the sun.

3)Example of frictional force: Applying brakes in a car, rubbing your hands (When you rub your hands, friction acts against the movement of your hands which converting kinetic energy to heat)

4) Example electrostatic force: the attraction force acting between the dry hair and the comb, when blow party balloon
