1) Example muscular force: Carrying a bag on the shoulders, An athelete running in a race,  Kicking a football

2) Example g
ravitational force: Apple falls down, a glass you drop to fall to the floor,  force that holds the gases in the sun.

3)Example of frictional force:
Applying brakes in a car, rubbing your hands (When you rub your hands, friction acts against the movement of your hands which converting kinetic energy to heat)

4)
Example electrostatic force: the attraction force acting between the dry hair and the comb, when blow party balloon

Hope it helps you :)

Explanation:

1.muscular force: force applide using action of muscles.

e.g : lifting bag,running.

2. gravitational force: force that attracts any body of mass and energy.

e.g:falling of an apple.

3.mechanical force:it involves contact with an object which results in change in state i.e rest or motion.

e.g :pushing a door

4.electrostatic force: attractive or repulsive forces between particles of charges and results in change..

e.g: amber attracting light weight particles after rubbing.

5.friction force: force that opposes relative two layers of surface which are in contact.
