DIFFERENCE BETWEEN MITOCHONDRIA & CHLOROPLAST ARE :
1. Boths Mitochondria &,Chloroplast are the organelles which are present in plant cells ,but In animal cell only mitochondria are present .
2. Function of both are different Chloroplast convert sunlight into Food & Mitochondria are the power house of cell
SIMILARITIES
1. Both organelles are found in eukaryotic cells and both mitochondria & chloroplast often found in prokaryotic cells.
2. Both organelles are use their DNA to produce protein & enzyme required for their function
