You can do the following-

Sit on a comfortable chair and desk, in a quiet room.
Keep away your phone and other distractions
Take 4 to 5 deep breaths.
Read a concept and understand it.
Then start doing questions on it.Don’t let other thoughts take away your concentration
At first it is hard but this can soon become your habit.
If you love maths like I do then I am sure you can have a good conventration.
