give your views on group discussions in classroom and those in interviews .how are they different

when you are in a classroom, discussing,
1. you are usually surrounded by the students of your age/generation, whose views either match yours or completely differ. this leads to a peaceful conversation or maybe even a strong debate
2. you usually have friends and thus you can agree easily

when you are giving an interview,
1. the person is usually  elder to you and may ask some tricky questions due to more of experirnce
