give your views on group discussions in classroom and those in interviews .how are they different

In classroom the discuss just matters of a few marks whereas in interviews the thing matters of your job and your life.
Its not necessary that the discussion would affect your future but in interviews the case is diff.
In classroom you just need to answer a teacher but in interviews you need to answer a whole series of high personalities.
In classroom we would get a friendly surroundings but interviews wont be that friendly.
