2 log(x)  +  \frac{1}{2}  log(y)  = 1 \\  log( {x}^{2} )  +  log( \sqrt{y} )  =  log_{10}(10)  \\  log( {x}^{2}  \sqrt{y} )  =  log_{10}(10)  \\  {x}^{2}  \sqrt{y}  = 10
