hello,
AB=17
so
√(x+2-11)²+(-2-6)²=17;
squaring,we get
(√(x+2-11)²+(-2-6)²)²=17²;
(x+2-11)²+(-2-6)²=17²;
(x-9)²+(-8)²=17²;
(x-9)²+64=289;
(x-9)²=289-64;
(x-9)²=225;
now
√(x-9)²=√225;
x-9=±15;
then:
x=15+9 or x=-15+9;
x=24 or x=-6
bye :-)
