     Reason:  both have 2 valence electrons

(c) ₄Be and ₂₀Ca belong to the same group, ₂₀Ca has bigger atomic size than ₄Be.

I guess you meant same period in this question (anyways have answered both)

    ₁₉K, ₂₀Ca belong to the same period and ₁₉K has bigger atomic size than  ₂₀Ca
