Element C has more atomic radii so it will have  less atomic number and element A has less atomic radii so it will have more atomic number.  Reason: as the atomic number increases the no. Of electrons in the last shell increases which increases the nuclear pull( nuclear pull is the attraction between the nucleas and the electrons in the outermost shells) and which decreases the atomic radii. So more the atomic number, more is the nuclear pull smaller is the atomic radii.
