Solution:

 \frac{5x}{2}  =  \frac{3y}{10} \\ 5x =  \frac{3y}{5}  \\ 25x = 3y \\ x =  \frac{3}{25}y

Required ratio

3x:y \\  =  \frac{3x}{y}  \\  =  \frac{3 \times  \frac{3}{25}y }{y} \\  =  \frac{9}{25}  \\  =  9:25
