Given that altitude of the triangle = 28cm.

We know that Area of triangle = 1/2 ×× base ×× altitude

= 1/2 ×× xx ×× 28. ------- (1)

Given that area of square measures = 35cm.

We know that Area of square =s^2s

= 35 \pink×× 35

\red{= 1225cm^2}=1225cm

Given that Area of square = Area of triangle

1225 = \frac{1}{2} × x ×281225=
2
1

×x×28

1225 × 2 = x × 281225×2=x×28

2450 = x × 282450=x×28

xx = \frac{2450}{28}
28
2450

x = 87.5 cmx=87.5cm

Therefore the side of the triangle= 87.5cm=87.5cm
