To find speed of an object(v) = ?

We know that,

Kinetic Energy,(K.E.) = \dfrac{1}{2} × m·v^{2}

⇒  \dfrac{1}{2} × 2 × v^{2} = 100

v^{2} = 100

⇒ v = \sqrt{100} = 10 \dfrac{m}{s}

Hence, the speed of an object(v) = 10 \dfrac{m}{s}.
