We can see dissipation of energy on the right side of the reaction. This indicates the reaction is exothermic.

This question can be answered by le chatelier's principle

It states that if a constraint (such as a change in pressure, temperature, or concentration of a reactant) is applied to a system in equilibrium, the equilibrium will shift so as to tend to counteract the effect of the constraint.

when we increase the temperature we basically give system the energy. So if increase temperature in an exothermic process the reaction will go backward. if we decrease the temperature the reaction will go forward.

Thus, the answer would be the reaction would go forward if temperature is decreased.
