Given the idea of democracy do you think a few countries should have special powers in making the decisions?

There is no political system works in everywhere , anytime . Democracy works in developed countries does not mean it can work in poor countries .

Democracy is expensive , it requires developed economy , high living standard people , strong middle class , educated populace, low corruption etc .

Democracy’s main advantage is it prevent brutal dictatorship like Stalin,Mao,Idi Amin etc (Hitler elected though )

Also it depend on culture and mentality of the country.
