Given information a = 4i-j b = -3i+2j c = -3j                                                             Now come to the solution , a+b+c= (4i-j+0k)+(-3i+2j+0k)+(0i-3j+0k)              = (4-3+0)i + (-1+2-3)j+(0+0+0)k                           = 1i-2j+0k Let , r = a+b+c                                                    r = 1i-2j                                                               |r| = √1^2+(−2)^2                                                     |r| = √5 √5 is a answer.

Given that,

Vector a = 4i-j

Vector b = -3i+2j

Vector c = -3j

To find,

The magnitude of the sum of the three vectors.

Solution,

Let r = a+b+c

So,

r = 4i-j + -3i+2j + (-3j)

r = i-2j

The magnitude of r is given by :

r=\sqrt{(1)^2+(-2)^2}\\\\r=2.23

So, the magnitude of the sum of the three vectors is equal to 2.23
