When there is equal change in time in equal interval of distance it is called uniform acceleration.
Example:-when u drive at a place where there is no obstruction(people).

When there in unequal interval of time in unequal distance it is called non uniform acceleration.
Example:-When you drive in a market.

the acceleration is said to be uniform when equal changes in velocity take place in equal interval of time for example:- the motion of body under gravity the free fall of a body
If change in velocity is not same in the same interval of time, the acceleration is said to be variable for example:- the motion of a vehicle on a crowded road is with variable acceleration
