Globalisation is two faced as it has both merits as well as demerits

Because of globalisation we have (Consumers) huge choice

It provides employment

But it has demerits too as due to globalisation the small industrialists lost their job due to tough competition

#long working hours for works during peek season
#MNCs do not use eco friendly methods
#globalisation might result in economic imperialism
#deserting of company branches due to prices can cause large scale unemployment
