Attending an interview is just like going for an exam as it requires a lot of preparation .Self confidence is something that is inevitable for an interview.Exam is a way to show our skills.Just like that interview is a means to know about our practical talents rather than theoretical knowledge.From an exam the examiner can know the potential of the person attending exam.Likewise from an interview the interviewer can understand the communication skill,confidence level and potential of the person.
