Oh yess...
coz they are not much reactive as sodium or potassium...they don't react with the moisture present in the air and thus do not undergo corrosion...

(No).Gold and silver are least reactive metal in the reactivity series of metal and do not lose electron easily. Hence, they do not corrode and used for making jewellery. hope it helps.
