Explanation:

In the poem Road Not Taken the poet Robert Frost was satisfied with the decision he took. Hence he was happy at the end. He choose the road which he thought to be best for him. At last he was able to reach his destination. By this he gained name and fame too. So he was happy.

1)No the poet was not happy because poet want to take both the road but at a time one traveller can travel one so, he chooses  less traveled road. 

2)I think this is not joke cause "The Road Not Taken" is an ambiguous poem that allows the reader to think about choices in life, whether to go with the mainstream or go it alone. If life is a journey, this poem highlights those times in life when a decision has to be made. So I think it is FALSE...
