 \frac{81 \times {3}^{2x} }{ {3}^{3} } = 1

 \implies\frac{3^{4} \times {3}^{2x} }{ {3}^{3} } = 1

 \implies \frac{ 3^{4+2x} }{ {3}^{3} } = 1

\implies 3^{4+2x-3}=3^{0}

=> $ 3^{2x+1}=3^{0}$

=> $2x+1 = 0$

We know that

a^{m}=a^{n} then m = n

=> 2x = -1

=> x = -1/2

\sf{\underline{Solution:}}

 \frac{81 \times 3^{2x} }{3 ^{3} } = 1

 \frac{3 ^{4} \times 3 ^{2x} }{3 ^{3} } = 1

\frac{3 ^{4 + 2x} }{3 ^{3} } = 1

3^{4 + 2x - 3} = 3°

3 ^{2x + 1} = 3°

2x + 1 = 0

x = - \frac{1}{2}

\sf{\underline{Therefore,}}

\sf{The\:value\:of\:'x'\:is}  - \frac{1}{2}
