let \: raman \: income \:  = x

mohan \: income = x + x \times 25\%

 = x + 0.5x

 = 1.25x

now \: percentage \: of \: raman   \\ income \: is \: less \: by \: mohan

 =  \frac{(1.25x - x)}{1.25x}  \times 100

 =  \frac{0.25x}{1.25x}  \times 100\%

 =  \frac{25}{125}  \times 100

 = 20\%
