For introductory part,

Just say the following para-

A very warm good morning to all my teachers and friends. My name is (Your Name). I study in class (Your class). Today I am standing in front of you to deliver a speech on (Your topic).

For beginning of a topic :-

Just introduce the topic to the audience by telling the definition, significance of the topic for the audience, with some interaction with the audience which will gain you the attraction of the audience as well as some confidence to boost.
