The Public have a lot to deal with road safety directly and indirectly. The govt, can impose all the policies and laws and schemes and other so called "welfare schemes" they want but it wont become a success if we, the public don't cooperate with them.We also have the exclusive power to shape their decisions in such a way that it benefits people on a much larger magnitude. So we can conclude that the Public has a critical role to play in road safety.
