* Just buy some books of your favourite subject and try to read them.
* Take help of internet for any question which you cannot solve yourselves.
* Stick to a routine, maths should be there in the routine.
* Try reading some good novels (Paulo Coelho's alchemist) to increase vocabulary.
* Take help from tuition teacher or parents.
