Good Luck is the Child of Diligence
Undoubtedly, there is no power greater than diligence. Diligence is the ability to work carefully and thoroughly. Hard work is the sub-part of diligence. Gary Player says, “The harder you work, the luckier you get.” It is hundred percent true that there is no substitute for diligence. Comparing the two entities is a fallacy. Diligence is the first prerequisite to have luck. In the modern terminology we can say the option of luck gets activated only after you have signed in the option @ DILIGENCE.
The paradox of this comparison between diligence and luck is a majority of people believe more in the latter and less in the former! Hence, all the problems arise. Lady luck is very loyal to its commitment to diligence. You cannot woo her without diligence. It has been seen people generally set out on the journey to success depending upon luck alone, which is a sheer folly! They end up disappointed and unsuccessful!
On the other hand there is a class of men and women, who inspired and intrigued by diligence just take up hard work as their modus operandi to success. Though they sweat and slog along, just a little farther on the way they realize the blessedness of being industrious. Diligence appears to be drudgery, but in reality it is sheer blessedness! All the great personages of all times in all climes have been men and women who worked hard perseveringly and doggedly.
All great achievers of mankind such as Newton, Leonardo Da Vinci, Lincoln, Einstein, Addison, Mahatama Gandhi, Dr. Kalam, etc. worked very patiently and perseveringly in their chosen fields. Success was a blessing in response to their dedication to their work.
So in order to achieve success, woo the lady luck through DILIGENCE. Depend on DILIGENCE, do the WORK passionately, and the lady luck will smile on you! It is out of wedlock with DILIGENCE, one can have child of success.
