1. Take cover under a sturdy piece of furniture or seek cover against an interior wall and protect your head and neck with your arms.

Avoid danger spots near windows, hanging objects, mirrors, or tall furniture.

Hold the position until the ground stops shaking and it is safe to move.

2. In communication systems, noise is an error or undesired random disturbance of a useful information signal.

The noise is a summation of unwanted or disturbing energy from natural and sometimes man-made sources.

Noise is, however, typically distinguished from interference, for example in the signal-to-noise ratio (SNR), signal-to-interference ratio (SIR) and signal-to-noise plus interference ratio (SNIR) measures.

3. Fire management is the process of planning, preventing and fighting fires to protect people, property and the forest resource.

It also involves fire to attain forestry, wildlife and land-use objectives

Water can also used to protect fire ,but according to how the fire is cause.
