I have a doubt regarding the board exams. How much percentage of your pre board Mark's are accounted for your whole grade. What I'm trying to ask, is that how much does preboard marks matter for your grade?

Actually No, the reason they say that it will be added to your board marks is to make you all to prepare for your board exam well.
If you are scoring good in your pre-board exam than you will score more in your board. Usually pre-board will be tough as compare to board exam and the reason is very simple, it just to realise your level and to let you know that how much more hard work you should do for your board exams.
If you prepare well for your pre-board and score 70% than you will score approximately 78 to 85 % in your board exam. So I would suggest you that prepare well for your pre-board exam, try to get good marks and keep revision of it. Surely it will help you during your board exam.
