If we see on the periodic table, then

Oxygen comes in group 16

while Flourine comes in group 17.

and as the non-metallic character increases when going to the right side of the table.

So H2 is more negative than H1.

Also, Flourine belongs to the second period

but Chlorine belongs to the third period.

Because of the fact that non-metallic character decreases on going down the table, So H2 should be more negative than H3.
But Flourine is an exception.
the electron gain enthalpy is less than that of chlorine.
Hence, H2 IS LESS NEGATIVE THAN H3.

Sodium is simply positive and I can't interpret it more technically. So H4 is positive.

You got answer Statement 3 is false.
H1 is positive.
A big gratitude to you Shreya69614.

AleXXa: thnkx again
Shreya69614: welcome! :)
DepressedStudent: Thanks For your Kind Help
Shreya69614: pleasure's all mine :)
DepressedStudent: Would you like to explain me more about electron gain enthalpy
Shreya69614: it is the energy released when an electron gets added to an isolated gaseous atom. you already know what is it and what trends it follows, and we've just come across an exception.. if there's anything more to it, I'm unaware. I'd like to know too..
DepressedStudent: Thanks! Nice to meet you
Shreya69614: nice to meet you too :)
