If we see on the periodic table, then
Oxygen comes in group 16
while Flourine comes in group 17.
and as the non-metallic character increases when going to the right side of the table.
So H2 is more negative than H1.
Also, Flourine belongs to the second period
but Chlorine belongs to the third period.
Because of the fact that non-metallic character decreases on going down the table, So H2 should be more negative than H3.
But Flourine is an exception.
the electron gain enthalpy is less than that of chlorine.
Hence, H2 IS LESS NEGATIVE THAN H3.
Sodium is simply positive and I can't interpret it more technically. So H4 is positive.
