Let CP for Gopi was100.

100 ==12% up ==> 112 (Ibrahim) ==5% up ==> 117.6 (John).

Comparing,

117.6 = 1330

1 = 1330/117.6

100 = (1330 * 100)/117.6 = 1130 (Approx.).

hope it helps.

Ibrahim sold the watch with the cost of 1330x5/100+1330

=1330-66.5

=1263.5

now,

        1263.5x12/100

      =151.62

      =original price=1263.5+151.62

      =1415.12

 so the original price is 1415.12.

plz mark me as brainliest.....................
