it will help to improve the conditions among poor and underprivileged. By giving the right to education, providing them health services and motivating them, will make the people a resource that's human resource. Then these human resources can convert many things to useful resources. This will ultimately result in A developed and modern country where there is no unemployment, poverty etc. Though it's really hard, many people are there lacking rights, opportunities etc.

so something has to be done faster...
