Flexi banners are made up of poly vinyl chloride (PVC) this is a very toxic material.
This poly vinyl chloride is non-biodegradale.
PVC when burnt releases toxic fumes which when enters environment causes many health problems like cancer and other types of chronic diseases.
Hence now a days government banned the usage of flexi banners.
