Government should give unemployment allowance to the unemployed people till they get a job.Give your views for or against the proposition

I am against it because if a person want to do a work or job no one can stop him/her. if the government would give alloance for this than the people would themselves leave the hope of doing job and will live their life from the money given by the government. But if the government of India do so than they should be very much careful that no one is making a bad use of the allowances...!!!
