6) potential energy is converted into kinetic energy due to increasing velocity and decreased height but total energy remains same thus it doesn't violates law of conservation of energy,

5) no work is done against the gravitational force because both the points are on the same plane and there is no difference in the theta angle between the force and the displacement are the angle theta is equal to 90 degree and cost and is equal to zero therefore work done is equal to zero
