No. Only the wood of two trees that are very closely related will graft onto each other. Mangos and Guavas are utterly unrelated. Guavas are more closely related to Eucalyptus trees than Mangos and that wouldn't work. Mangos are more closely related to Cashews and that wouldn’t work either. Apples on apples. Mangos on Mangos, Guavas on Guavas, Cherries on Cherries, Loquats on loquats (and quinces because they are closely related to Loquats), Pears on pears, Claret Ash onto Desert Ash, Cultivated rose onto Wild Rose rootstock.
